Our team
The same four adults greet your child, run the games and hand your child back to you. Russian and Ukrainian are spoken here.
Director
Ruslan started Jumprope after years of coaching school teams and running gym classes for children. He leads the floor on Monday, stands at the front table at pickup and speaks Russian and Ukrainian with families who want them.
Homework lead and summer coordinator
Oksana runs homework hour and plans the summer sessions. She sits at the tables with the children, leaves a note for the family when a child needs help with something, and speaks Ukrainian and Russian.
Games coach
Daichi plans the Tuesday game, the Wednesday skills hour and the Thursday team sport. He counts every child each time the group moves between the floor, the tables and the door.
Activity leader
Benita sets up the Friday stations, covers homework hour for the youngest group and keeps the equipment counted and put away after every game.
Visit on a school afternoon, when everyone is on the floor.
