How tuition works
Every family's week is different, so here is what sets tuition.
Tuition depends on your child's grade group, how many afternoons a week your child comes (five, three or two) and whether summer sessions come with it. Ruslan goes through the figures for each with you on the tour.
Afternoons a week: five, three or two
Summer sessions are booked separately
Registration
A registration charge sets up your child's file: the forms, the pickup list and the staff time to enter them. It is due when you register, and it is separate from tuition.
Holding a place
A place is held once you register and pay the first month. When we are full, we keep a waitlist in the order families asked, and we call the next family before we send an email.
Offers go out by phone first
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, with autopay if you choose it. Summer sessions are billed before the session starts.
Help with tuition
Ask us whether a Washington child care subsidy can be used with your place. If your family has an approval, we explain how it works and what paperwork we need.
Siblings
A second child in the same family is handled differently on the bill, and Ruslan explains how on the tour. Brothers and sisters can share the same afternoons or come on different ones.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' written notice before a child leaves or changes afternoons, so another family can have the place. A summer session can be moved up to two weeks before it starts.
